All About The Beauty Blender

Pros:
- You get a flawless and airbrushed finish
- There are no brush strokes
- It is latex free and perfect for sensitive skin (I have super sensitive skin and this is the only thing that I can use)
- It saves makeup (It does NOT absorb your makeup. It is a myth!)
- Gives you a long lasting finish, as you are pushing your makeup into your skin

How to use:
1. Completely saturate it under the water
2. Squeeze it between a towel to take out the excess water (Always use it damp. Yes, it is supposed to be used damp)
3. Put desired amount of foundation on your beauty blender
4. Dot all over your face
5. Use stippling motion to blend it in until you achieve your desired coverage

How to clean:
1. Put your beauty blender under the running tap and squeeze until its completely saturated with water
2. Squeeze out all the water
3. Use the beauty blender bar soap/liquid soap to lather
4. Rinse your beauty blender under a running tap and squeeze out all the water
5. Rest it on its storage container to air dry

DO’s:
- It works great with cream, liquid or powder products
- It can be used to apply; primer, moisturizer, foundation, highlighter and even blush
- For smaller areas, you can use the tip of the beauty blender

DON’Ts:

- Never put a wet beauty blender in a closed container

Note: You should change your beauty blender after daily use of 3 months

Personalized Boxers (Free Template)

Materials:
- Plain boxers
- Transfer sheets (you can get it at staples)
- Scissors
- Inkjet Printer
- Template (Free download from www.chiclifestyle.ca)
- optional: Iron-on/stick-on appliqué

Note: Your transfer sheet depends on what kind of fabric material the boxers are made up of. If the boxers you are using are stretchable, make sure you use the transfer sheets for stretchable material.

Instructions:
1. Print the template on the NON-GLOSSY UNLINED side of the transfer paper. The template is a mirrored image so that it is transferred correctly onto the fabric.

2. Trim the image from transfer sheet to remove the excess unprinted transfer area.

3. Place the printed image FACE DOWN on the boxers. The lined side of the transfer paper should be facing you.

                                                        Front                                                   Back

4. Preheat the iron to the highest setting. DO NOT USE STEAM. Iron with a very firm pressure by both your hands. Glide the iron over each area of the entire transfer making sure you cover each and every corner. Iron for about 40-60 seconds overall.

5. Wait for 5 seconds after ironing and then remove the backing paper using a very smooth and steady motion. (If you are using stretch, make sure to remove the liner when hot)

Note: Follow instructions according to your transfer sheet. You have to follow different instructions for different type of transfer paper (e.g. stretch, glow, glitter). These instructions are for stretch transfer paper only.

Optional:
6. Place appliqué on the boxers and press firmly for 20-25 seconds. If you want to attach it permanently, set the iron to “dry heat” with the lowest setting. Turn your garment inside-out and iron with pressure for 20-25 seconds to the back of the appliqué. Allow to cool.

Wrap your gift & enjoy! ;)

Valentine's Pharmacy

Materials:
Template (Free download)
White shipping label
Clean old syrup bottle or prescription bottle
Any candy (I am using cinnamon hearts)
Scissors

Instructions:
Edit the template by putting the name of the doctor and the patient. (Make sure the template fits on the bottle you are using. I have 2 templates 4”x4” and 1.5”x2”)

Print it on the shipping label.

Cut and stick it on the bottle.

Finishing touches: I had a 3D sticker representing the bar code so, I added that for the bigger bottle. For the smaller bottle I put a heart lock to make it a little cute/personal.

Put it in the envelop and seal. You can stick the directions, side effects and warning. I just put a little monkey sticker because it says 14 love monkey. It was really appropriate; as the name of the doctor I used is monkey and its Valentines Day. So, it was a win-win situation! I also put the Valentine’s Pharmacy prescription logo to seal the envelop.

ENJOY!
